BIO
Katie is an only child, born to a romance novelist Mother and an electronics tinkering Father.
Her childhood was ordinary and nothing special. She went to school, played in parks, skipped rope and held baby dolls.
She had few close friends during her school years and often spent her days sitting near the Simmomon riverbank, writing stories, poems and plays that she acted out in her imagination. She enjoyed sketching the characters for her stories and often play-acted as one of her characters, “to get to know them better”, she would claim.
As much as she enjoyed the stories and characters that her imagination brought to life, her love for music blossomed in her teen years and took over.
She moved to Bridgeport right after high school to pursue a career in music, but her big break came just a few months ago when K-Infinity hired her as their resident Songwriter.
Months after she joined K-Infinity, Katie and Thornton are thrown together by stroke of fate when he reads a song she's written with Krisis' vocals in mind. Soon after that , Thornton chases her tirelessly, and Katie falls for him very hard and very fast.
On the outside looking in, their new found love doesn't make sense, especially to those close to them.
William is ambitious and driven, and a menace in the boardroom. Katie on the other hand, is a frolicking spirit who loves to write songs. In other words they are total opposites. Somehow though, they make their puzzle of a relationship work.
